When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 10 to 15 working days. This is because we deliver worldwide.

Orders to the USA are usually delivered within the same week.

Return & Refunds

I am not satisfied with my order

Of course you can! With a valid reason you can return any order within 14 days. Please contact us for more information. You can click here to contact us.

I want to return an item. What should I do?

If you are not happy with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached. The product may not contain any signs of use.

A return shipment must always be provided with Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

How long will it take to get my money back?

When your order has reached our warehouse, it takes about 5 working days for your money to be refunded.
